I.i.d tool help/request

Hi all wondering if anybody in the Edinburgh area able to help out with a lend of a gap tool and turn off my
Front parking sensors?
At least 3 aren’t working but rears seem to be clicking ok

Looking to get new sensors in the future but got mot soon Big Cry
Can travel further if need be cheers

Changes like that need to use an IIDtool that’s got your VIN number associated with it, either that or the IID professional version, which is much more expensive to buy and is only likely to be used by garages and mechanics.

You can ask somebody you know to add your VIN to their (non-professional) IIDtool for around £25. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

I’ve read on here about the vin number being locked
when purchased but thought a job like this would be possible
No problem I’ll maybe get a tool in the future anyway

Yes think I’ll get the sensors should be ok removing the bumper
but do the front lights have to come out as well? Saw a set on eBay 23.99 think that’s for 4

I got some of ebay at that sort of price and they worked fine. Mine was the rear bumper which was easy so cant help with the front. BMW i3 Electric Car
