E85 in flex fule supercharged 5.0l V8

Hi my RR said I can use felx fuel in it at the fuel cap. Thought it would work with E85 (heard it runs clean). After riding for a while the engine started to miss fire and the check engine light is blinking. Did anyone own a RR with felx fuel and tried it?

i had my v8 4.4 remaped to accept e85, did 100 000 km without any issues, except harder to start during cold mornings
if you remap it, it will run, and no orange light
the orange light appears because the ignition timing is not optimum and the lamdba sensors detects anomalies with non optimally burned gasoline 2013 L405 V8 5.0 Aspirated Autobiography

I just got the scanner hooked to the RR and I was able to pull the codes.
It gave below codes and details
Primary code: P0300-> Missfire on multiple cylinders (Driving cycle C)
Stored codes: P02F1-> Fault code F1H: signal out of range - below minimum
: P0304-> Cylinder 4 Missfire detected: Last occurrence - minimum signal
: P1315 Persistent missfire
: P0307 Cylinder 7 missfire

I feel like there are two possible reasons.
1. E85 started to dissolve the gunk that was formed by the regular fuel. Now the gunk might have blocked the fuel injector.
2. The engine was running when the gas was filled (Yes I did left it running and this is the first time) and this caused the dust to lift and reach the fuel injector which is the least possibility cause there will be a filter around the pump.

I am mostly leaning towards the first case. Is there a way to clean the injectors from the blockage without pulling it out? If not then how long would it take to pull the injector out.

So finally, the misfire is gone and the check engine light is also gone. I am gonna add another tank of fuel with the injector cleaner and see how the engine runs.
