Steep 1: search in the boot and if you find the connectors for nav its possible to fit navigation dvd unit.
Steep 2: must modify the CCF and that its possible only with “engineering code” or “seed code”. If you don’t have this code, nav not work ( I think ?).
If you have nav dvd unit just try to fit and see if work. If not work, then steep 2 must be completed.
Sorry for my English. Embarassed

Nope. Those of us with an SE only have it fitted as an option. I too have the Nav screen with the useful message that Nav is not fitted.

What about the GPS antenna? I would expect that as well as the DVD unit and software enabling, you would have to retrofit the GPS antenna as well (didn't someone mention that it is fitted in the tailgate top with the brake light - Haven't got time to search for the thread).

I am interested in the outcome, but have always been happy using TomTom as I can take it to different cars and keep my favorites and POI. Recently fitted an external GPS antenna for TomTom to help in urban.

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

Hi all
Being a 2007 TDV8 HSE owner I am very interested in this as when I bought the car last December the stealer told me it would be ridiculously expensive to upgrade to include the Landrover sat nav system.
I opted for Smart Nav which is good even without a screen.

I suspect Dan has more to say on this subject - please don't hold back Dan! Bow down Don't mistake my snoring for a lack of interest?
