United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Java Black
Use of Jaguar Oil Filter

have an 06 4.2 Supercharged and am just about to do an oil change. I've realised that I still have some Jaguar oil filters left over from my x350 4.2 Supercharged Jaguar.

They are a smaller length than the LR item but I don't know why? After all, it's the same engine, isn't it?

So, does anyone know why I can't use this filter on the Range Rover?

Tks

Paul

Simple answer...

Proper oil filter is £20 ish

Engine rebuild is £5,000 +
