Rear sway bar bushings

Has anyone replaced the rear sway bar bushings on their l405? feels like my back end is breaking loose when i make a left or right turn. I live in a snow area where they salt the road frequently so they might have dried out. Is it expensive? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the drop links? it'd be very unusual for the anti-roll bar bushings to have failed without any knocking prior to the behaviour you mention.
