Parking Camera

Suddenly the rear view parking camera is showing a bit of the reg plate which it didn't use to do. The plate hasn't moved and neither has the camera fixture. Could it have moved inside it's enclosure ?

This is what I am seeing now. Camera seems absolutely solid under tailgate . Didn’t use to see the plate.

I don’t have a tow bar. However, I did have the rear bumper cover off the other day and used the lashing bracket. Have put the cover back on. Is there a micro switch down there? I’ve also read the owners manual. Can’t find a setting for changing camera view to tow hitch.

Tapped all over it. Two boxes- one for the yellow lines and another for the parking sensors. No wide angle box
