Yes, thanks.

Checked with Patrick and he confirmed it has to be G3. Luckily another forum member less than half an hour from me was selling one, so I'm all sorted Thumbs Up Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

So I've just bit the bullet after a few years of 2010 TDV8 4.4 ownership and splashed on a new Gap Tool.

I'm sort of thinking now that ignorance was bliss.

Now, the battery is a bit sleepy (11.5v at rest with ignition on). I have a new Bosch AGM one to fit once I've sussed out the Gap Tool a little more.

1. AHCM shows as not fitted. Really? I definitely have one. Any suggestions? Fuse obviously but other suggestions welcome.
2. Looking for heated/cooled seats as they don't work. No CM. No faults. Fiddle a bit with controls. Get CM and faults which as expected were one seat with a dodgy seal and the other with dodgy temp measurement. No CM available in Live Data. Any hints to bring up live data?

Thanks in advance. I am sure this is only the beginning. 2011c Vogue SE 4.4 Oil Burner

Hi,

MC, think the best check for the battery is when the car is "Fully" asleep and then check the Voltage,
if you have tow electrics the socket gives very easy way of checking.

Alanm, are you planning on getting a L405, Question
if so I would suggest NOT to try and clear any faults Unless you have already bought it,
think if someone just before you viewed the car and had cleared any faults showing as a gesture to the seller Shocked you then find NO faults.

Thumbs Up

Many thanks. I'll be changing the battery on Saturday so not too worried and I have a battery condition analyser which says it's knackered.
The tow electrics trick is handy though if you can't access the vehicle. 2011c Vogue SE 4.4 Oil Burner

More bizarre from IID
Tells me I have a 6-spd TCM and the 8-spd is not fitted. On an 11MY TDV8? Is this normal?
Hint: it is defo an 8-spd. 2011c Vogue SE 4.4 Oil Burner

I have a non BT iid, for the 2003 RR and wondering if there is an upgrade to a Bluetooth version for mine.
I see on the Gap web site the old version is now no longer to buy. If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

Is there a way to turn the ignition on in a 2012 L322 to get the full IID capability without running the engine?

Press the stop start button without your foot on the brake. I presume that’s what you mean by your question.

I have to pull my door handles twice to get out (2011 4.4) can this be changed to single pull with the IID? I’ve looked but there’s nothing obvious 1972 Series 3 full of character

Press the Unlock button on the centre dash near the Hazzard Flash button. All doors then are unlocked. Try it.

sounds like you have drive away locking enabled ..this requires a double pull to open the doors..

have a look in the owners manual for details.. ... - .- -.
