Kwikfit Heads-up

I have been keeping an eye out for a good price for 4 Pirelli Scorpion Verde tyres 255/55/20. AT Grabbers came with the car and I was a bit shocked by the braking performance when I had a semi emergency stop recently.
I have just ordered 4 to be fitted in January for £776 incl balance valves etc. The offer ends Monday but you can book fitting into the future but you do have to pay when booking. Its 20% off for 4 Pirellis. I also put it through Quidco for another 3.75% cashback.

Thought I would pass this on as it’s a pretty good price!

That’s a very good price for Pirellis. V8 or else ...

I know, I couldn’t believe it. I think there is a mistake on their website pricing too but I’m not complaining!

England 2018 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Corris Grey

great stuff thanks, I had an advisory on my MOT on Friday about the front tyres needing replacement soon and not seen any offers anywhere else. Just saved 200 on Pirelli Scorpion all season PNCS

I'm rather hoping that they are significantly quieter than the Conti Cross Contacts that are currently on it. First time FFRR owner

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

I think I’ve read somewhere that the Scorpion Verdes are end of life so it might be retailers shifting stock.

On my old 4.2 I removed a set of Scorpion Verdes with 6mm of tread on them to fit Scorpion All Seasons with PNCS and found them much quieter.

The Verdes were a good tyre, but IMO the Scorpion All Seasons were better.

My tyres £234 supplied!
First I’ve heard of them being phased out but you could be right. All Pirelli’s were 40% off for 4 mind.
They will be better than my current Grabber ATs for road use anyway . I couldn’t believe lack of grip when I had a semi emergency stop
