Defender L663 20" alloys on an L322

Got the opportunity to purchase a set of 5 New Defender take off alloys with new Pirellis for the price on a couple of tyres. Assuming they fit, what does everyone think between existing originals and these!

Whilst the alloys will fit, If they are defender tyres, they might be too big.

L322 > +1 size up > L405 > + 1 size up > L663

Eg:

255/50R20 > 255/55/R20 > 255/60/R20

The L322 and L405 can generally go 1 size up from stock without issue, but 2 sizes up such as L322 to L663 I think may not work. V8 or else ...
