iPod or iPad adaptor for 03 SE

I have the single Cd player fitted to my car. I wold like to be able to play my iPod or iPad through the main speakers, most of the adaptors I have seen utilise the wiring for the cd changer in the glove box, but I don't have a cd changer unit. What is my best/easiest way of doing this? No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE
