2002+ & 2006+ INTO 2010+ CONVERSION

Hello EveryOne!

I'd like to start this thread about converting (face lifting) 2002+ & 2006+ FFRR INTO 2010+.

I'd like to have a step by step instruction to do this.

So let's start do discuss it, who wants to do this, and what we will need to do this.
I mean:

Part Numbers list for 2002 and 2006.
What stuff should be paint what not.
How we can arrange REAR LIGHTS to work with out cars.

I'm know that in UK you can go to DCC4x4 and do this full upgrade, but for those of us, who live outside UK, this guide would be very useful.

What do you think?

Adam from L322 could you help us please? Smile

Thanks!

P.S. I'll add POLL to this thread, if you don't mind.

Thanks a lot adam!

I think I'll try to do a Part number list for a 2006 - 2010 upgrade, so I really hope you'll be able to help me with this.

+ the big problem for us, is to determine how to correctly wire REAR LIGHTS.

Thanks!

surely I am missing the point here, but wouldn't it be better to spend that money funding a newer vehicle?

I know all the arguments about depreciation etc and wanting a facelift, but at the end of the day its still an old vehicle, and to me if I was purchasing a used vehicle I certainly wouldn't want one thats been messed with. A facelifted vehicle to me is then worth significantly less than an unconverted vehicle, and I certainly wouldn't pay extra for it.

But then thats me. Confused
