Have a read of the WM for fuel system pressure testing procedures, but I think 5 bar maybe the answer.

Cunifer, an alloy of copper (Cu) nickel (Ni) and iron (fer) is the best choice, rather than pure copper.
Buy a roll, (plenty on eBay) and they will outlive the car.

Mine has had a good life, over 7 years, but I would recommend fully, but a suggestion that you get a permanent marker pen and mark up the tank, because the plastic strip soon becomes detached.
