how do the covers fit??

If they are only covers do they still feel right? Any sharp edges?

Hmm, that's an idea I suppose, and a mate has a roof rail system and a roof box for a l322, so that would be free.

Would still be interested in a wheel carrier though.

Yea that's the plan, got a little sprog, so got a lot to take, travel cot pushchair etc, plus camping stuff, and enought kit for 2 weeks etc.

So thinking a rack might be easier

Oh and that link I posted shows how much you can pick them up for.

New Aries was £15 I think and the 3rd gen ULF was £45. But think I just got the right deal at the right time in the right place

I had a front wheel bearing done yesterday at an indie

The bloke told me roughly £200ish + vat

Picked the car up and the bill came to £168 inc parts labour and vat

Well the wife picked the rangie up from the garage today. Apparently the wheel bearing was the worst he had seen in a very long time. Completely collapsed.

Yea, iv now fitted much better timken ones and not the cheap crap that are available. They are much better
