Hi
I had the same problem, try this . unlock car ,pop bonnet open ,leave door closed but not on latch , walk away for 20 mins .
return with 10 mm ring spanner , open bonnet , disconnect the negative ... |

| Just had oil and filter changed on my TD6 at National tyres for £65 they used Castrol Edge oil, The oil would cost more to buy at Halfords ! |
