Got to be honest, I've only just got mine activated. When it does run, the windows will defrost but I wouldn't say it's warm in the cabin when I get in. The inside of the windscreen has lots of condensation which defeats the object of defrosting the window.

Trouble is, you could spend 250 on a used one and it fail with the same problem.
