Has anyone got rid of the start up flicker from LED sidelights (low current bulb continuity checking) ?

with ref to the fog lamps ant the cree led's, yes they do look brighter and throw out a bit more light but the prob is you end up with a dot of light in the middle of the fog lamp as there is no angled light from the sides.
it depends what you want to use them for,if its DL then go led but if you want some light out of them then stick with halogen or pop a xenon kit in there.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Daveo many thanks for the guide, can I be cheeky and ask a question please? Can I buy some higher powered H7 bulbs for my main beam? If so what would you recommend? just want a lot brighter, whiter light if possible

if i may but in, i measured the voltage on my mains and it was only reading 10 volts.....i can only think that because its only supplementary lighting its not getting the full whack...

fitting higher wattage [100w] bulbs might not get the desired effect.. ... - .- -.

hi, i have tried led's they give the desired light, colour wise but they don't throw out much light, but as i live in London i don't need the output, saying that i have gone for a set of canbus free xenons 5000k they do give me the colour and the light output of a normal bulb..this gives you Tri-xenon as i like to call them.

Led approach lamps

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction, I fitted LEDs inside and outside my RR and all is good except, I am having problems with the approach lamps on the wing mirrors as someone here mentioned they had too , one will work until the two are connected. I beleve Resistors are needed etc, but I have canbus LEDs, are these not built in resistors?

And weird thing is, even when I put the old bulbs back in I have to disconnect and reconnect battery to get them working again. Fuses are grand, turned bulbs around, doing head in as I have already broken the glass on one of them with frustration, they v finicky to get off Big Cry

Here are the LEDs I have put in them

hi, you dont need the can bus warning on these bulbs.. but i had the same problem when i changed my ones to leds, i solved it by using a resister on both sides to increase and even out the load.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
