What would you have next after a FFRR- perish the thought!

Now we all know that the FFRR is the pinnacle of high class 4x4 driving - but if you were forced to move away from the LR stable into another 4x4 what would you pick?

Its a question i have been asked - Q7 , GL , X5 e.t.c. and none seem to give me the trouser movements that the FFRR gives. CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

2003 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black

I kind of wish i'd done the Q7 and X5 thing before i'd bought the FFRR as now it feels like a backwards step.

I do like the drive of both just dont think they are in the same class for looks or as classy.

I really am struggling at the minute to see me changing to anything other than a newer FFRR. I did contemplate a Sport. TDV8 HST Sport **Current**

4.4 V8 Autobiography and 22" wheels **Gone**

I've had a thought, if this plans out the way I hope it will, It'll be, Current FFRR > Merc. CLS of some description, possibly the 500 V8? > FFRR TDV8 > Maserati GranTourismo Cool 2006 Mercedes CLS

Quite like the idea of a decent pre-owned Continental GT (Yeah - like that will ever be allowed to happen!) Rolling with laughter

Big Cry Who am I kidding? - It will be another FFRR in a years time - all things going well, of course Whistle

(probably an18month old 2010MY TDV8 in Naya Bronze - & once the initial depreciation has evaporated from it)

Just think? - its out there, somewhere, right now - I hope they're looking after it for me! Wink

You gotta be kiding, 1 step back, 2 steps back and 3 steps back...
You also forgot 4-Audi Q5, 5-BMW X1, 6-Dacia Duster....

Man you're going down the ladder.

Ok, as you're right now at the top step, there isn't anyway to go....but at least don't go back...
