Joined up with some school pals this weekend to play golf for a few days (annual occurrence).

The uninvited comments from the boys were as per the title.

"You've always has nice cars but I'm sorry, that looks dated and look's like a farmer's car. What have you got that for!"

Then, on a restaurant car park sat an L405. "That's a proper Range Rover instead of that dinosaur you're driving!"




Time to get rid?

You might have guessed that flogging a little ball around for hours whilst in fancy dress is not how I would chose to spend my time - but each to their own  Geoff

Couldn't give a what anyone thinks of my car.

Yet again it performed superbly well on a 5 hour non stop run there and likewise on the way back.... And it took 4 big golf bags in the boot with ease

I have never had anything other than complimentary said about mine, and that's from people who know their cars, everyone loves it. From friends in the village to old uni mates with Porsches, they all think it's a great piece of kit!
