United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV6 Montalcino Red
accessory belt jumped off

got in the car yesterday started up and no power steering & charging system fault
panic sets in but finally realised that the accessory belt had jumped off Big Cry

spent the rest of the day getting it back on, what a pain as didn't take the fan or the fan cowling off, all seems OK now but why did it fall off is it likely to do it again ?

done 50k so probably still the original belt, seemed to look ok but difficult to tell with such restricted access
should I get it checked out ? but as the car was serviced by main dealers less than a month ago had assumed, possibly stupidly, that all everything was sorted Evil or Very Mad

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

On such a new car this is ridiculous. Suggest to have a look at seized rollers/pulleys and tensioner issues. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
