Again? Interested to see where you think an L322 has the edge in build quality (fit, finish and materials). Still lots of cheap hard plastic in a late L322 interior.

Instead of getting so defensive, why not expand?

I thinks it's absolutely stunning Craig.

Out of curiosity what value would you put on that now?
And when are you going to be ready to sell it Razz ?

I have absolutely no idea if I'm honest sir...
11.5my with 19k miles
booked when i purchased it
Dealer £51895,
Trade in £43,520,
Private 44,345 &
Auction £41,845
based on 40k miles...
(not suggesting i payed any of these above prices. Just book values)

I have put around £4.5K of parts & paint into it (to make it what i want) Without my labour!

So, on a high value car, conversions still work imho to add appeal & value Thumbs Up Although... All of that said! I want to keep this one long term! And expect to do so along side any others i buy Thumbs Up

The kids wanted rear entertainment but as we all know the LR boffins took away the standard fit system in 2010ish and made it an option across the board... So, as my kids are getting older and now use iPads i thought i would go down that route...

Looked at many options and found most fitted to the headrest stalks but, that was not what i wanted so, i found a brand new pair of headrests to match mine on flea bay for £25 and fitted a pair of iPad powered next base holders into them (instead of onto them) integrating them like a factory fit unit Thumbs Up ... They not only power the iPad but have a USB attachment & work wireless headphones too Thumbs Up And most important IMHO they are crash tested & mira accredited Thumbs Up

I have to say that is one ell of a good looking car. The overfinch steering wheel looks very smart. Clicked on the link to fleabay - saw the price - clicked back quickly. How can £895 for an outer steering wheel be justified?

Anyway - nice motor chap. Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
