Rear right hand height sensor

Suspension inactive fault described as above on icarsoft scanner, now both sides at the rear have dropped would the above description indicate that the sensor is faulty?

That was my thoughts, why would both fail together? Front is still ok so would suggest it's not the compressor

What is the fault code? Can you check the live values to see what's being reported? Also take a look at the 4x4 info screen and see if the rear right wheel is showing as way off Shocked

It's highly unlikely both failed at the same time. Worth checking that it hasn't come adrift and the connector / wires are okay. Be careful working under the car / in the wheelarch though. Make sure things are properly supported in case the suspension drops suddenly. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Does the height adjuster do anything? If not, it could be the compressor. Both my rears dropped down to the bump stops a while ago. It was a faulty compressor in the end. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

No i cleared the fault on the icarsoft scanner and it was still showing up, then the back hit the deck but front is still ok.

With a fail on a sensor on one side, it is quite likely that the car will seek to level itself, hence why both sides are down. Just fix the sensor not working and all should be OK. Rarely does a new sensor need calibration. .
