That’s the same remote as mine came with. Can’t check receiver currently. There are full Webasto instructions in the Wiki that might help if you haven’t seen them.

Defo try a new battery. The instruction book actually shows you how to test if the current battery is dead Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

My 2010 uses a t 91 remote ( has a t91 receiver ) but my wife’s 2011 uses the t91r and has a t91r receiver so you have the incorrect remote unless the receiver has been changed |

So my remote is a T91 but the receiver is a T91R if I have understood your post.

Just to wrap this up, I changed the battery for a new one and it paired straight away after pulling the plug out of the receiver unit.
