I see there was a group buy / discount going over on landrover.net. Wonder if the same thing could be set up for us?

I'd be interested.

I have one and since I have had it I have not had to go to a stealers for clearing off faults so on a model basis it has more than paid for itself.
It has cleared all faults that have occured and also resets the service milage easyly.
It is just the job Very Happy

Mine is enabled for all Landrover models Wink

If you look closely at the Hawkeye's application list (available vehicle systems), it really does not seem like such a good deal anymore (IMO - but I am biased Razz ).

It is only 1 VIN at the GBP250 price - addtl VIN's cost GBP145.

Shameless self-plug: the IIDTool should have CCF editing options available as of the fall SW update (we hope... Whistle ) Laughing
RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr,
P38, and 2 L322s
(wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too)

Quite true Stan, forgot to mention that in light of the 'hobby' user. But then you really shouldn't be complaining about updates, should you? Laughing

Seriously, though:
- RAC - no VIN lock
- IIDTool - 2 VINs included (may change to only 1 for the production version, tho) addtl VINs $50(GBP31 at the current Xchange)
- Hawkeye 1 VIN and GBP145 for an additional VIN
- Faultmate 1 VIN and about GBP250 for an addtl VIN (not 100% sure tho - have read differing info)

If by VIN youu are refering to a specific vehicle you are mistaken reagrds the Hawkeye. You have to unlock the Hawkeye tool for each model so you can do multiple vehicles and sub models EG l322 will cover Diesel and petrol etc
