I guess if they are like the units on the d3 and RRS you can split them, but this does involve using an oven to get the unit nice and warm and then prising the lens away from the back of the lamp...

Opening headlights is not hard if you know how to use a hair dryer and prep plastic surfaces with great care:

Thanks for all your replies. There is not a hope in hell I will crack those lights open. Does anybody know the approximate cost of the headlights from the stealer? How much are mine worth? |

Dealer price is around £1000, check for sets on the bay, they come up once in a while. |
