Information button not working

Hi every one. My name is Henry and am new to ffrr site although have been a member since October 2011. I have a 2003 52 plate hse diesel, and am very happy with it so far. The only problem i have is the information button has stopped working after i had the dash out to paint over the horrible grey. If any one has any ideas what i need to do i would be very happy. Love the car and the site is a mind of information. Cheers.

If you go in to the radio secret menu, you can look to see if the button is not sending codes - it will help to narrow down the fault!

Hi Simes thank you for that, my car does not have a sat nav so not sure where to go from here. Have not had the car very long so still learning all about it. Can the radio be accessed the same way? Cheers.

Hi Henry.
What colour/paint did you paint the horrible grey bits and any photos?

Hi i painted them gloss black. Everything that was grey is now black, not brilliant but better than grey. Sorry no photos, have not got a very good camra.also not computer literate. The paint i used was plasti-kote projekt paint-super gloss with a grey undercote of same make, automotive paint goes like orange peel.
