So general consensus is, it can't be fixed, just live with it |

It happens to most cars at the end of the day. As the springs get weaker the seat belts retract slowly No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

My mechanic fixed this today. The plastic seat belt adjuster wasn't moving, so he took off, aligned it back up with seat belt, bobs ur uncle.. Hehe no new seat belt for me. |

my rear seat belt is slow as sh!t as well a right pain keep having to feed it back by hand |

I read on another forum that they tend to get stiff and fill full of fluff.. Might be worth having a look and using some furniture polish to lubricate it.. |

I'd be careful with that. Otherwise you might end up looking quite spiffy at the next business meeting with racing stripes on your clothes... ![]() ![]() RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |
