2008 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Rimini Red

Who can identify this part ?

Does any one know what the oval thing is on my rear wheel arch ? there is one on the other side as wall .

My guess is a TPMS, but it's only a guess.

Thanks for the replies , I was thinking that myself but my tyre valves are normal once so it must have bean turned off by some one . I doubt I would want it reinstated . 2008 MY Supercharged
