*Steering wheel heater fault

So I bought a 2010 all leather Range Rover steering wheel for the car (07 RR Vogue) and had it fitted by my local guy salmon dealer . Unfortunately, whilst the steering wheel heater does work, it does get very warm?

Has anyone come cross this before?
Is this a fault or are 2010 wheel not as "hot" as the older ones.
The 2007 wheel I had wheel the car was noticeably hotter. Big Cry

Thanks for the help guys Thumbs Up

Ireland 2011 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Santorini Black

My old steering wheel would get scalding in some areas.. Very patchy heating, needless to say the elements went and I bought a brand new wheel. Gets warm not hot evenly all around. Personally, I prefer it that way.. Thumbs Up
