Fitted My 20's!

Long story short, i've wanted a set of Vogue 20" alloys for my FF since I bought her.

The search was long and frustrating, but I eventually committed during the weekend on an unseen set from a tyre fitter following a fair bit of texting to confirm condition, rubber quality, etc. £400 cash which was about right. No bargain, but acceptable. There's a lot of crap with kerbing and tyre damage but I wanted a set that would be driveable and cosmetically good from the start.

They've good Yokohamas, no kerbing and now plenty of polish following a lot of cleaning this morning.

I really love this style and still rate it as the best looking of all FF alloys by far.

And the way she looked previously on her standard-fit 19's.

It was the only picture I could find at short notice, but was during an application of Autoglym High-Definition wax.

The wheels were degreased, mild acidic sprayed, clay-barred and then waxed with Mer. Si. <This is my name.

These are definitely my favourite wheels on the FFRR. They just look 'right'. Just as chunky as the car.

I'm not sure about the thinner spokes, some of them look like cartwheels (strangely, I like the Overfinch Tigers though!).

The other wheels that I'm beginning to like are the newer VSE twin spokes. I think RRUK has them fitted to his car now. Researching my first Range Rover purchase
