| Harwoods Pulborough - Good experience | |
Pleased to say I've had a very positive experience with Hardwoods Pulborough over the last week.
Dropped the SC off last Thursday, unscheduled due to suspension dropping down and associated warnings. We had several other intermittent issues, engine management light, noisy front CV joint which also needed attention.
After initial diagnosis, agreed various individual work to proceed, including some further investigation of engine managment light, culminating in all issues and work being completed successfully and the car collected this morning. 40 mile test drive this morning, which would previously have triggered most of the faults completed without issue.
Recevied daily calls with progress updates including speaking directly to the technican working on the car who took the time to explain in detail the work they were doing and why. Final bill came in below initially quoted costs, a faulty side light was also replaced free of charge.
Having previously asked for dealer recommendations, several polite concerns were raised about Harwoods and several recommendations for Guava Guidford and Guy Salmon Southampton, however it just wasn't practical for time or access to get to them. Harwoods are also very local to me, so it was a calculated decision to use them which has (for me) been very positive.
One visit isn't enough to significantly change perception, but it's a good start. 2006 Supercharged
