As all sensible people know, this is all an iphone is good for:

I had a pairing problem with the iPhone - fixed it by using Wiggs suggestion of creating a specific group of only the phone numbers I wanted to use mobile and then in BT options on the phone set it to only pair the car with that group - works a treat. Otherwise you are trying to pair email addresses and all sorts of Censored
I still have a recurring problem courtesy of the RR in that it often pairs with the venture cam and not the phone - quick fix for that is to open the venture cam screen let it look and see that its switched off then it just pairs with the phone when you go back to phone on the RR display _ i have to do this most times I set off. Geoff

To be honest, I really can't see how a quad-core CPU is going to help matters. The current S2 with its dual core still can't manage a whole day on a single charge. The extra 2 cores are only going to make matters worse.

This is one area where the iphone is better, mainly because it has a larger battery, but the smaller screen also draws less power.

The rest of the hardware thing is similar, probably because the iphone is made by Samsung (as is a lot of Apple hardware) but the OS itself is what makes the choice for me. Android allows me to do more (as a Techie) than the iphone does with IOS being proprietary.

But in all these arguments, I just wish someone would sort out batery life. I work for a global organisation and so I have to spend a lot of time on the phone. I also need email on the move. Why, in the name of everything holy, can't I have this for 8-10 hours without having to recharge the effin' thing ??

I use a Morphie juice as a cover and back up batterie , when my phone says batterie low you just flick the switch and you are back up to 85% or maybe more after it recharges it self . 2008 MY Supercharged
