I'm pretty sure I need at least one injector. Symptoms are - slight missfire, smell of diesel, juddering when slow speed maneuvering.

I had this about a month ago, put some injector cleaner in and it cured it, but now it's back

I'm assuming I will be able to determine which injector it is with a leak off test. Is it just a matter of unbolting the old one, and bolting the new one in ?

Anyone know a source of reasonably priced injectors?

Is it possible the injector could also cause the 'tappety' noise I've been getting?

Got them all out today, not too bad a job 5 came straight out, but the last one took about an hour (why is there always one )

Off to the re conditioners tomorrow for testing !!

What faults showed up when you read the fault codes?

How much are you looking at to recondition?

I can't remember exactly how it was worded, but something similar to "Engine stability control"

They're away at the moment getting tested at £15 and if they need to be reconditioned I've been quoted £95.
