Running a 19 inch spare with 20s?

Maybe a silly question but I've just got a TDV8 with 4 255/50/20s and an unused spare at 255/55/19. Will I be able to run the spare temporarily if I get a puncture? Obviously wouldn't mix them long term but just need to know if I should be replacing the spare with a 20. Question
