Following a visit to the garage to get a new fuel filter, I decided to have a look and see whats what.

The pipes around the fuel filter don't seem to be secured to much, and flop about a bit, if that makes any sense.

There are plastic clips on the pipes, that allow others to be connected to them, but some are empty and I don't see where the clips could go.

I've attached some pics, but there aren't brilliant.

For example, does anything go in the white clip which appears to have a hole for something ?

Maybe I'm being paranoid...........

My one looks the same, (one previous owner with full SH) had a breakdown chap (non LR specialist) checking out my fuel system and he said it all looked modded and not original, could not work out what went where and was saying it made no sense, yet it seems to be normal on the L322. There are breather hoses sticking out at the back, a strange air filter thing that seems to just dangle. It all works, so I don't worry. I am sure the tubes can bounce around a little quite happily. Tom

The little filter with the open hose is the breather for the gearbox
