payment methods

have had new guidelines issued by our accounts department regarding payment methods protecting us against fraud.


credit/debit card payments - We can now only dispatch goods to the registered card holders address,

please note, as a lot of us work and aren't home to receive parcels. my courier can leave with neighbours or requested safe place on your property

You've been getting hit with the chargebacks/stolen cards too then Dan?

We get it regularly and have begun to learn how to spot them. Late address or phone number changes are a good sign. We had one a few months back where the "customer" was coming to collect the goods. Informed police that said crim would be at our warehouse at this time. Police response? Nothing we can do sir as he hasn't committed a crime until he collects the goods!!! Shocked Erm. He will have officer???? Sorry not interested.

Guess they had too many speed traps to set up that day! Neutral At least the oik had a wasted journey. Rolling with laughter Lloyd Barnes
