I've got a 2008 SC, just recently the TPMS light flashes when slowing down or stopped. As soon as I continue driving the light turns off. No error in the message center and the light never flashes more than 3-4 times. I'm thinking it may be a low battery in one of the sensors and when the stem is at the bottom the signal is too weak.

Does this sound right? Is there something else that can cause this condition?

of your spare has a tmps valve then stick that on and see what happens, if not change with other side or back...its a process of elimination ... ... - .- -.
