how does this come off

any ideas how this comes off is it just stuck on

Huh? Generally just stuck on (at least the ones I've seen).

Removing can require judicious heat gun usage. 
RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr,
P38, and 2 L322s
(wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too)

Recently did this on mine, just pull it off, stuck on with double sided foam tape. I did the lettering at the same time , some powerful kits come with a rubber drill attachment to take the residue off, just don't press too hard .then use some cutting compound to finish it off. Make sure you get the new strip lined up properly when sticking on.
