hi, my mate in auz has just been told his head gasket has gone, the garage said they need special tools to do the job, tools they dont have and will have to have them DHL from london at his cost, working on RR and parts seem to be top dollor over there, does any one know what tools they are on about V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I would have thought the tools were quite popular as the 4.4 M62 engine has been in BMW's for ages. Maybe you mate could find a BMW specialist? I know the local Indy here farms out his FFRR engine work to a local BMW specialist as they have the tools and the inside knowledge.
