Last time I was there was the week before the ski train caught fire in Kaprun...... Regards

When did it go on fire ?
I always felt Kaprun was a long way up for not a lot of skiing
But I suppose Zell is not the biggest ski resort either

Late 2000.... I was living in Holland at the time and used to get the Ski train down there. It wasn't great skiiing up on the Glacier. Out of memory, there was only really on run down with a restaurant at the mid point but the off piste at the top was excellent (I'm a boarder) Regards
