I normally see new registrations on the 1st march without fail. Haven't seen one today? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

I had a new vehicle delivered today to a customer.

Waited for a 10 plate has probably cost them over 5000 in lost revenue waiting for the plate change,
it's been ready since the end of Jan.

Typical BMW driver, left hand lane at a roundabout, no indicator and took the 3rd exit.

I saw a '10' reg Corsa about 2 weeks ago on trade plates if that counts? Not very exciting I know! 2006 Mercedes CLS
