Problem in uploading photos

Hi
I'm carrying out Stan's instructions on how to upload photos but I get a error message in a blue bar that goes across the screen.
I click on gallery, then click on upload photos then I get the error.
Is there a problem with the site or is it me. I suspect it could be me. Confused

Any error messages?

You should get a blue bar with Upload Photos written on it, and below that a set of boxes and buttons to upload individual photos?

This also needs to go into Forum feedback stan! .
