2011 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Nara Bronze

3.0 Supercharged

Have read somewhere that there should be a 3.0 Supercharged in the making. Can anyone confirm this and if yes any idea when?
Also, any idea if the SDV4.4 is going to be replaced by something else? When I bought my Rangie 3.6 in January 2010, in October it was replaced by the 4.4.

The reason I'm asking is that I could sign a contract with delivery for January/February 2013. Just don't know if going with the SDV6 coming from a TDV8...any suggestions guys

Presumably the new Jaguar supercharged V6 (which is a V8 with a pair of rods and pistons missing) - maybe more likely for China or as a petrol hybrid for the US.

It is surprising the TDV8 hasn't been uprated given the German competition.

The fact that it is 400kg lighter will make life easier for the V6. Previously..
