As above posts - Charcoal. I have the two metal brackets(new in boxes) each with two bolts and the two trim finisher panels each with a screw. Your car should already have the headlining clips installed, mine did.
Brackets were about £7 each and trim panels are about £20 each.
I'll take £25 delivered to UK mainland for anyone interested?

Charcoal is the dark grey interior.
You would just need the Cargo net itself, they are often for sale on 'the bay'.
I looked for ages to find the fitting parts, but I think owners must take out the nets to sell, but not remove the trim panels and brackets.
Dan sorted the parts for me in the end, as I give up trying to find them, used.
