I also know a few of the RRSport yous have done this - may be worth a look over there.  I had looked at adding these to my D3 but cannot justify the costs - too many other things to be done first.

They can look great but as you said it can look like a french boyrace  hatchback so you need to get the balance right. Below is a link to revere that use them. One of my neighbours has a full revere conversion done on his ffrr so i when i get a chance i will see if he has leds
