United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

I get 17 running around local and 20+ on a motorway run. Warms up within half a mile to the middle of the gauge on the temp and stays there. Heater red hot within a mile. Knocking all the time still Sad Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue
