To paint or not to paint?

Can anyone add their thoughts please, I have recently done a 2010 facelift to a 2003 FF I was wondering has anyone painted the scuttle plate on the bonnet where the washer jets are located? It is still dark grey I was wondering is this the colour on the 2010 models or are they the Titan silver like the new lettering? Or would it be okay to paint it the same as the car?

To be honest IMO you have 2 options,

Repaint it to match in with the car. It stands out less so is a smoother look

Repaint it to match the gills and front grille as standard cars would usually be

As they say your pays your money, you owns the car, the choice is yours Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

It is Epsom green, the paint is in fantastic condition better than the paint on my 3 year old car. The machine is a credit to previous owner, the interior is just as good. It has dark grey leather and walnut which I think works perfectly with the dark green also painted all the foundry grey fittings including the nav screen piano black. It looks amazing in the flesh with all colours contrasting each other.

Ps, I almost walked away from the car at first because of the colour, wanted a black or silver to convert to an overfinch and sit on 22's. just felt this colour would not work with that look, Craig's car is a credit that was the inspiration for our conversion in the first place.
