HSE trip computer no worky :(

Hi all,

My trip computer doesn't seem to want to work anymore.
Any messages show up fine i.e "key in ignition" but then the screen goes blank again.
Also If I push the "i" button on the end of the steering column stalk nothing happens.

Is there any FFRR electrical experts in the south east?

Cheers,

GBWC.

Hi GBWC.
Mine has stopped working after I tried to reset Bluefin on my HSE TD6. They are naturally claiming its nothing to do with them even though it did a bad reset as the Bluefin hadn't stored the original settings.
I have asked on a few L322 forums but unfortunately no joy.
The most frustrating thing is having to pull a fuse at exactly midday/midnight to reset the clock. Its interesting to see the clock running fast without the signal from the computer.

Did you do anything to the car before this happened?

This is the second time I thought there was something wrong with my RR and it was a fuse I missed....

I have been driving around with no trip computer for a month due to me not putting fuse No 45 (If I remember correctly) back into the correct fuse slot....

Must stop checking fuses in the Censored dark.... C0CK.
