I had that problem with mine and dreaded finding out the cost of a new screen. The mechanic updated some software and that sorted the problem. |

Mark_j, No. It's uselessly crap. Same system in the Disco. It is incapable of recognising nighttime (or even having a night setting). The two settings you can have are very similar, so it's not worthwhile switching except for brightness levels. I just turn mine off.

The touch screen has a light sensor so does not dim with the light switch, as you can run in the daytime with lights on if necessary and still see the screen...
