Ok - so since my service i had the following on my bill

2 wiper blades - parts only £24.70! (didnt authorise the fitment)

Antifreeze / coolant change £40 labour £32 antifreeze £72 total (didnt authorise this)

One wheel stud cross threaded - £92.11 Parts ! £160 labour £252 total

Apparently the hub needs total dissasembly with new parts to refit.

Fitting brake pads front and rear £92.11 parts and £120 labour - total £212 !

All these prices PLUS VAT

I had to pay it because i needed the car back but in your opinion is this extreme - who should i contact?

hi, think you need to find your self a new garage, wipers and brakes don't sound bad but the stud is a kick in the balls, did you not ask what it was going to cost... you are not far from me..i use a garage in chigwell just of the a127..would recommend them, £210 for a full service
