Thanks for your helpful responses so far.

It's one of those passive buildings that doesn't need heating or air conditioning, which is why it's cold in winter and hot in summer.

I wouldn't mind that if they'd hand out free magnums.

Will stop and buy one a bit later on my way to the bikini BBQ.

Seems like ages since I wore my bikini.
